Hosted by World Federation of Public Health Associations (WFPHA) and the Public Health Association of South Africa (PHASA)
Fewer than two months remain until the World Congress on Public Health 2026, hosted by the World Federation of Public Health Associations and the Public Health Association of South Africa.
The Congress will bring together public health leaders, practitioners, researchers and innovators from around the world to address the complex challenges facing population health.
The program will feature eight plenary sessions with prominent speakers from South Africa and the global health community, along with World Leadership Dialogues on life-course immunization, mental health and evidence-informed governance. Participants can also take part in interactive workshops, networking forums and more than 1,700 oral and poster presentations showcasing research and practice from every continent.
The Congress will also provide a unique opportunity to learn from South Africa’s dynamic public health context and explore new approaches, partnerships and solutions.
Standard-rate registration closes 31 July 2026. WFPHA members are eligible for reduced rates, and group discounts are available.
