What does it take to have a thriving community? Social infrastructure is essential, and refers to the physical spaces and equipment, the programs and services, and the people networks that together constitute the basis for healthy, active, caring communities. This discussion will explore why scaling up social infrastructure is so important, and challenging, with examples from Vancouver and beyond.
