In this seminar, Chief Health Equity Officer for the Division of Environmental Health Science and Practice at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Dr. Ayana Perkins, will provide a detailed presentation on the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and frameworks for integrating these principles into environmental public health practice. Following the presentation, a panel of Environmental Public Health Professionals will discuss their experiences, best practices, challenges, and share outcomes they have achieved through incorporating the principles of DEI in their work.
