Environmental & Occupational Health Webinar: "Using Satellite and Low-cost Sensor Data in Large-scale Ambient Air Pollution Prediction" - Jianzhao Bi, PhD
Jianzhao Bi is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences at the University of Washington. He earned his Ph.D. in Environmental Health Sciences at Emory University in 2020 and M.S. in Atmospheric Science at Tsinghua University in 2016. His research focuses on advanced exposure assessment of anthropogenic and climate-related environmental risk factors based on multi-platform data and novel algorithms, with a special focus on ambient air pollution. He also studies chronic and acute health effects of environmental exposures on various human body systems. His research has been recognized by the International Society of Exposure Science with receipt of the Young Investigator Meeting Award in 2021.
