Presentation 2Seasonal Noncommunity Water Systems – Regulatory Challenges, Requirements, and Case Studies from Minnesota. Seasonal groundwater systems and surface water systems are two types of noncommunity public water systems that face certain challenges based on their increased risk to the drinking water supply, and therefore have additional rule requirments.
