I am working with a collaborative action team who is looking at free-to-use transit (this is part of the 12 Bold Ideas to reduce poverty in Saskatoon http://communityview.ca/pdfs/SPRP12BoldIdeasToEliminatePoverty.pdf).
We are looking for:
- research, best practices, etc regarding the role transit plays in building healthy, equitable cities for "building the case" for this
- examples of innovative barrier-free access to transit (but NOT low-income discounted bus passes where the individuals need to prove "poorness" in order to qualify)
Thanks in advance!
Cora
